Our story of building confident young leaders
Simba Yetu Foundation is a Kenyan-led nonprofit dedicated to raising the next generation of confident, responsible and purpose-driven leaders. We believe every child deserves guidance, opportunity, mentorship and a supportive community.
Through sports, education, leadership development, entrepreneurship and mentorship, we equip young people to become champions in their families and communities.
Our origin
Simba Yetu Foundation was born from one mother’s journey raising five boys. She saw a crisis affecting boys across Kenya — absent role models, limited opportunity, school dropouts, substance abuse and hopelessness. Rather than focus on what was wrong, she focused on what was possible.
